Concerning downloading and playing movies


■Q1-1What kind of computer specifications do I need ? The required specifications for this site are the following:

・Memory :126 MB or more

・Internet connection :ADSL, Cable or better


■Q1-2 Do I need any specific software to play the movies? Windows media player (ver. 7 or higher), which is normally already installed in windows, can be used to play the movies,
so no specific software needs to be downloaded.

■Q1-3 Is there a download limit? In order to provide equal services to all our customers, we do not permit more than 10 GB to be downloaded per person per day.
In case you have exceeded the limits for downloading from our site, please wait until after midnight (Japanese standard time) before trying to download again.
Furthermore, we do not permit a customer to start 21 downloads or more in one hour.
We request that you do not start more than 20 downloads in one hour and not more than three at the same time.
In case you reach the download limit, please wait a while before trying again.
■Q1-4 Can I use download software to download packages of movies? We 're very sorry, but we do not allow the use of download software such as Reget or download managers such as FDM,
since these may cause slowdowns or even errors on the server.
We kindly ask you to use your standard browser to download from our website.
Please be advised that the use of download software or download managers may result in warnings,
restriction of access or even immediate temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
In such a case there will be no refunds.
■Q1-5 I can't seem to download with my Macintosh! Please place your cursor over the Download start button while holding the ctrl key
and a function menu should appear. Please choose "Download the link to disk" from the menu.
※Download the latest version of windows media player for Macintosh here. (free) ■Q1-6 All of a sudden I can't download anything anymore! Reasons for this could be cancellation of your membership due to failure of continued payment,
reaching your download limit etcetera.

Concerning payment


■Q2-1 Am I liable for any extra fees such as telephone fees for calling overseas? Besides the fixed periodic fees for our site, we will not bill you for any other fees.
Besides this there will be no other fees from international phone services and such.
In case you are using a dial up modem to connect to the internet,
the only fee you will need to pay should be a local one from your phone to your provider´s local access point.
■Q2-2 What´s the difference between international forwarding and international phone lines and such? International forwarding means the server is located abroad, which is no different from users accessing a server via the internet in their own country.
In the case of international phone lines and such, you will be billed for extra fees for the distance and period of the connection.
Please rest assured that our site does not employ such fraudulent practices.
■Q2-3 Will I be billed in Japanese Yen or in US Dollars? You will be billed in US Dollars. The exchange rate to your country's currency will be the rate at the time of your registration. ■Q2-4 In case of payment by credit card, when will I be billed? Will my membership be automatically renewed? The day your membership fee is deducted from your bank account will depend on your credit card company.
Furthermore, this site employs an automatic renewal system, so as long as you do not unsubscribe as a member, the payment will be incurred automatically.
In case you wish to cancel your membership at our site, please do so at least one week before your next membership renewal through the membership cancellation form.
■Q2-5 What billing company will be specified on the bill from my credit card company? Concerning the information on your billing statementa

Concerning password and ID


■Q3-1 I've lost my ID / Password. Please go to our support page and fill in "Lost ID / password" as a title.
Then fill in the e-mail address you have registered at our site
and we will send your membership information to this e-mail address.
■Q3-2 No matter how often I try, my password and ID are being refused. Please try and fill in your user ID and password once more while making sure you use capitol letters,
small letters and numbers correctly with the use of spaces.
You can try to copy-paste the user ID and password which were issued to you.
If you are sure you're using the correct username and password, please contact our support team.
■Q3-3 Can I reregister with my old ID ? In case your registering again as a new user, you will be unable to use your old ID. Please create a new ID for yourself.

Concerning subscribing / unsubscribing as a member


■Q4-1 What's the minimum period for using this site ? This depends on the membership type you chose during registration.
From the day you registered this may be either 30 days, 90 days or 180 days.
■Q4-2 When I press the payment button, an error occurs. Please make sure you filled in all the required fields.
Your user ID and password may only consist of alphabet letters and numbers.
Spaces, hyphen (-) and underscores (_) etc. are not accepted.
If an error still occurs, please copy the error message and send it to our support team.
■Q4-3 While signing up as a new member, I accidentally filled in a wrong e-mail address. Can I still correct it ? Only we can change your e-mail address for you, so please contact our support team and make sure to give your user ID and password for verification. Q4-4 Can't I pay by a wired transfer from my bank account ? We're very sorry, but we do not accept payments through wired transfers.

Q4-5 My e-mail address from a free e-mail service provider was refused during registration. For security reasons we cannot accept the registration of e-mail addresses from freemail providers,
such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo etcetera, since e-mails from us may not arrive properly.
Q4-6 I finished my registration, but I am not receiving the payment confirmation e-mail. When the payment is complete, a payment verification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you filled in during registration.
In case you did not receive the payment confirmation e-mail, payment may have failed due to one of the following reasons.
In case none of the following problems applies, please check with your credit card company.
If you have any other questions relating to payment issues, please contact our support team through the support page.
・The credit card / prepaid card number or expiration date was filled in incorrectly.
・For an unknown reason the card cannot be used.
・You tried to pay with a credit card which isn't from VISA / Mastercard / JCB or one of their partners.
・Some required fields were filled in using characters or symbols other than alphabet letters and numbers.
■Q4-7 Please tell me how to unsubscribe from the site and how long this will take. This site uses an automatic membership renewal system, so as long as you do not apply for cancellation of your membership it will be automatically renewed after each term.
In case you wish to cancel your membership at our site, please do so at least one week before your next membership renewal through the membership cancellation form.
When your membership cancellation application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail in your registered e-mail address within 48 hours.
Please note that you may continue using our site until your membership term expires, even if you cancelled your membership at the beginning of the term.

■Q4-8 Even though my membership has expired, howcome I can still download from the website ? Because credit card transactions may take several days, you may still be able to download from our site even though your membership term has already expired.
